Martin

Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 1, 2026 · Applies to the Martin: Prank & Run iPhone app (Martin, bundle ID com.joehutchings.martin) and this website.

Short version

Martin does not collect any data. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking and makes no network connections. Your game is saved only on your own device.

Who we are

Martin is made and published by Joe Hutchings, an individual developer, under the Jel-Tech name. Contact: joehutchings10@me.com.

What the app stores on your device

To keep your place, the app saves your game progress, your in-game pretend-penny wallet and your settings (such as sound and voice volume) in the app's own local storage on your iPhone. This data never leaves your device through the app, is not sent to us or anyone else, and is deleted when you reset in Settings or delete the app. It may be included in your own device backups, which are handled by Apple under your Apple account settings.

What the app does not do

Apple

If you choose to share diagnostics with app developers in your iPhone settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous, aggregated crash and usage information. That is controlled by you and covered by Apple's privacy policy. Downloads and any App Store reviews are handled by Apple.

Children's privacy

Children may play Martin. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children under 13 (or the equivalent age where you live). There are no ads, purchases, chat or links out of the game. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.

This website

martin.jel-tech.net is a static site with no cookies, analytics, trackers or third-party scripts. Like most web servers, ours keeps standard short-lived access logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) for security and troubleshooting. They are not used to identify or profile visitors and are not shared.

Email

If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply and help you, and do not share them.

Your rights

Since we hold no data from the app, there is nothing to access, correct or delete. For any email you've sent us, ask and we'll delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date. If the app ever starts collecting data, this policy and the App Store privacy details will be updated first.
